An AI assistant for an e-commerce brand’s customer service. Trained on tens of thousands of real conversations, it reads every ticket, sorts it by topic and drafts the reply in the brand’s own voice; the team reviews and sends in one click. Behind the interface: datasets cleaned and annotated, fine-tuning tracked run by run, and a model evaluated before every release.
